The following list refers to hotels that have agreed to provide us with special rates for meeting participants. When you register, you will be asked to choose your preferred hotel and room sharing arrangements. Download a price list for participating hotels. Complete an Accommodation Booking Form to secure a room at these hotels.

Hotels marked with a star (*) are operated by the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania (ELCT); Alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the premises.

'Star rating' is based on hotel advertising to the best of our knowledge; further information may be obtained directly through hotels at their respective websites or by visiting internet sites in which travellers have rated these hotels (e.g. www.tripadvisor.com)

We have identified a couple of hotels/hostels that provide low-budget accommodation alternatives that are especially suitable for students. If you would like to stay in one of our low-budget options, please indicate this on the online registration form and make a deposit of $30.00 to reserve a room. As you can imagine, these rooms will sell out fast! Complete an Accommodation Booking Form to secure a room at these hotels. Also, indicate on the form whether you need a roommate.

Single Supplement = USD 10
Double Room = USD 20 per person
Triple Room = USD 25 per person

 2.      Hotel Aquiline Bed & Breakfast:

Single = USD 45
Double = USD 65 (USD 32.5 per person)
Triple = USD 90 (USD 30 per person)

Suite = USD 90

 3.      Mc Elly’s Hotel (Bed & Breakfast):

Single Supplement = USD 50
Double Room = USD 55 (USD 27.5 per person)
Executive Double = USD 65 (32.5 per person)
